Singapore Airlines boosts operations from Manchester and London Gatwick

Category: News Stories

Singapore Airlines is enhancing its UK schedule to meet growing customer demand, with increased services from both Manchester and London Gatwick.

From 13 July 2026, Singapore Airlines' Manchester to Singapore route will increase from five times per week to daily, offering enhanced connectivity from the north of England to Singapore and onwards across Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia. The announcement comes after the airline recently celebrated 40 years of flying from Manchester, as the longest serving long-haul airline operating from the North West hub.

As well as increasing its network from the North, the airline is also expanding operations from London Gatwick. From October 25th 2026, Singapore Airlines' will begin flying twice daily out of Gatwick, up from its current 10 times weekly service. This increase comes just over two years after Singapore Airlines' inaugural flight from Gatwick and means passengers will enjoy a choice of six daily flights from London to Singapore, including four daily flights out of London Heathrow.
