Okinawa, Japan is a popular recommendation to conclude an exciting trip to Japan.  There are many islands to explore which makes Okinawa a perfect destination for island hopping.

Let’s take a look at one of the many beautiful islands to explore: Miyako Island.

Miyako Island, part of Okinawa Prefecture, has rapidly grown in popularity thanks to its vivid “Miyako Blue” seas and easy access via the international airport on nearby Shimoji Island to Korea and also to mainland Japan. The island is connected to several smaller islands by scenic bridges, making it perfect for relaxed exploration.
