Crisis Management: Are You Prepared for the Unexpected?
Tuesday 22 September | 14:00–14:30

Crisis situations can happen when we least expect them - and for travel businesses, having the right plan and the right people in place can make all the difference.

Our expert speaker is Alan Pattison F.Inst.TT, Managing Director of Travel Risk Professionals (TRP). With more than 30 years’ experience in the insurance industry, Alan founded TRP in 2011 and has built it into a leading specialist travel risk operation. His expertise includes developing crisis response teams for travel businesses and providing insight into the challenges facing the travel industry.

In this session, Alan will explore the importance of crisis planning, selecting and preparing a crisis team, and being ready for the unexpected, using examples of both common and unusual crisis events. He’ll share practical advice and best practice to help travel businesses prepare for what they hope never happens - but need to be ready for.

Who should attend?
This webinar is open to travel agents, tour operators and travel suppliers, including hotels, airlines, tourist boards and DMCs. Whether you’re responsible for crisis management within your organisation or simply want to better understand how to prepare for the unexpected, you’ll find practical insights to take away.
