By completing my Company Profile which follows and ticking the "Continue" box, I confirm that I/My Company is fully qualified and experienced to provide advice to any visitor to this website, whether trade or consumer relating to any destination in respect of which I claim specialisation.  I confirm that I have the authority of my company to agree to these terms and conditions.
I also agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of participation in the website, details of which follow:

1. PATA UK Chapter is committed to encouraging and assisting in the development of the tourism and travel industry throughout Pacific Asia and as such all members must conduct themselves and their business activities in a manner that promotes the ideal of integrity in travel and tourism and agree to act in accordance with the following principles of the PATA UK Chapter Code of Ethics.

2. In promoting the aims of PATA UK Chapter and making entries in the PATA UK website, members will:

(a) Promote and encourage the highest level of ethics within the tourism and travel industry while maintaining the highest standards of professional conduct.
(b) Promote the aims of PATA UK Chapter.
(c) Strive for excellence in all aspects of the tourism and travel industry by performing consistently at or above acceptable industry standards.
(d) Protect the public against fraud and unfair practices, and promote all practices which bring credit and respect to the industry.
(e) Provide truthful and accurate information and ensure that any entry on the website is regularly reviewed and updated or changed to ensure its continued accuracy.
(f) Strive to cooperate with all members in order to provide the highest quality service.
(h) Will not engage in any unlawful activity in any country or conduct my business in any way that is unlawful or in breach of any regulations or Code(s) of Conduct that govern my business.

3. PATA UK Chapter’s members will not engage in conduct that is likely to bring the Association or any of its affiliates into disrepute; i.e. any activity found to involve fraud, deception, misrepresentation, misapplication of property or breach of trust or other fiduciary obligation. Each PATA UK Chapter member shall adhere to the principles of the standard of conduct.

4. I will ensure and warrant to the PATA UK Chapter that I have the legal right to use any material I put on the website and will not breach any other person’s legal rights in so doing.

5. The PATA UK Chapter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to remove any material from the website if it has grounds to believe that any breach of these terms and conditions or any other law, regulatory provision or Code of Conduct may have been committed.

6. I agree to indemnify the PATA UK Chapter against any claim that may be made against it and any losses or damage resulting from any entry I make on the website, except where that claim, loss or damage is due to the fault of PATA UK Chapter. 

7. Please note that new members will be charged a membership fee as outlined here and based upon your selected membership category. Please also note that this charge does not apply to the affiliate group - Asia Pacific Travel Partners.

8. Asia Pacific Travel Partners also agree to be bound by the same terms and conditions as apply to Chapter Members as above.
