PATA Exchange is a key date in the UK travel industry calendar.  It is a one day B2B trade-show, where sellers can expect to meet decision-makers from tour operators, wholesalers and travel agencies across the UK & Ireland.

In 2016, 92% of exhibitors said it was likely or very likely that PATA Exchange  would lead to new or increased  business to their brand as a result of the operator meetings they had.

This event is suitable for both established and new products wanting to gain exposure in this market. We expect 75 sellers and 100+ decision-makers for the Asia Pacific region.

How does PATA Exchange work?

We use an appointment preferencing system to match our suppliers with interested product managers. You will have an opportunity to pre-select decision-makers that you would like to meet and will be guaranteed up to 20 meetings over the course of the day. Each meeting will be a 15-minute fixed slot.

About the venue

The event will be held at the fantastic Radisson Blu Portman Hotel in central London. Nearby Underground Stations are Marble Arch and Bond Street on the Central Line, both within 10 minute walking distance from the venue.

Cost to participate

The cost for sellers is just £425 for non-members, and £325 for members. This includes access to the online appointment system, provision of your meeting schedule, exhibitor table, lunch, networking drinks and complimentary tea and coffee throughout the event for one delegate.  Additional delegates sharing the appointment schedule can be purchased at a cost of £80 per delegate.

Early booking is recommended as PATA Exchange was over-subscribed in 2017.
